Inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency arrived in Tehran on Saturday February 7 to attend talks.
A spokesman for the Iranian Atomic Agency told IRNA that the talks are focused on the co-operative measures that follow from the agreements reached in November, namely the inspection of the Arak heavy water plant and the Gachin Uranium Mine in Bandar Abbas.
Ali Akbar Salehi, the head of Iran’s Atomic Agency, said that the agreement signed with the IAEA about three months ago had six provisions, and with most of those now fulfilled, the parties are in the final stages of seeing it through.
