Iranian Parliament has announced that the special commission to review the nuclear agreement will be formed with the participation of the country’s various political factions.
According to ISNA, Mohammadreza Bahonar, the deputy head of Parliament, said the members will be selected in the coming weeks.
Last Tuesday, Parliament voted in favour of establishing the special commission to review the draft of the nuclear agreement recently reached in Vienna between Iran and the 5+1 representatives.
Earlier, Parliament had passed a bill charging the Iranian negotiators with preserving the country’s technological achievements in nuclear technology and ensuring that sanctions are lifted as soon as the agreement is executed.
The U.S. Congress is also in the process of reviewing the agreement, but President Barack Obama has mounted serious support for the deal and warned that he will veto any adverse vote from Congress.
