Heavy rains have damaged the historic baths in the city of Niasar in Kashan county, the city’s mayor told IRNA.
According to the report, the roof of this historic building has openings that have been seriously affected by the rains and pose a danger to visiting tourists.
Parts of the building’s walls have fallen away following the rains, and the mayor of Niasar expressed concern that no trustee has taken over the protection and repair of the building.
The historic bath and water mill of Niasar in Kashan were built in the Safavid Period.
