Labour activists in Yazd report that five workers from the Chadormalu Mine have been summoned by the Ardakan justice department.
Hassan Jenayi told ILNA that the five workers must appear in court within three days.
The report indicates that the summons may be linked to the recent worker protests against the dismissal of workers’ representative Bahram Hassaninejad and the brief arrest of 38 workers during the protests.
Jenayi reported that the five workers who have been summoned were not among last February’s detainees.
