Iran has announced that inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency have entered Iran to visit Gachin Mine.
The spokesman for Iran’s Atomic Energy Agency said the group of three IAEA inspectors will leave Tehran for Bandar Abbas tomorrow to visit the uranium mine.
The inspection of Gachin Mine is reportedly part of the agreement reached in November 2013 between Iran and the 5+1.
The spokesman for Iran’s Atomic Energy Agency added that the agreement also provides for an inspection of the Arak Nuclear Facility, which has already taken place.
The agreement between Iran and the world powers was implemented starting January 20 with confirmation that Iran has stopped enriching uranium to the 20 percent level.
