Rejai Shahr Prison officials have shut down the library used by political prisoners in Hall 12.
The Human Rights Reporters News Agency (HRANA) reports that on Saturday January 18, officials changed the locks to the library and denied prisoners access to the books.
The reports indicate that the books were in fact donated by the prisoners themselves, which means the officials are denying the prisoners access to their own property.
There are currently 80 political prisoners in Hall 12 of Rejai Shahr Prison.
