Mousavi daughters visit parents under better conditions

The children of MirHosein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard have met with their parents inside the Intelligence ministry’s “safe building” under improved conditions.

Kaleme reports that while the meeting lasted less than an hour, the atmosphere was “more appropriate than the last meetings.”

The report indicates that the opposition leaders were in general good health.

A meeting between the Mousavi daughters and their parents on the Muslim celebration of Eid Al-Ghadir hit the headlines when the Mousavis reported that they were assaulted by a Ministry of Intelligence guard.

The abuse was condemned by many reformist figures, but the ministry claimed that in fact it had been the Mousavi sisters who assaulted their official.
