Iranian political activist Kourosh Zaim was arrested and interrogated by the Islamic Republic authorities on November 4.
He reports that he was questioned about his activities, meetings, interviews, documents and writings and was warned against using a harsh tone against the Islamic Republic in his statements.
The Ministry of Intelligence has also reportedly warned him against giving interviews to foreign-based media.
Zaim is a writer and translator and a founding member of Solidarity for Democracy and the Human Rights Organization.
“Involvement in the Project to Support Iranian Workers” and “propaganda against the regime” have been reportedly cited as the charges against him.
Zaim has been arrested and held in solitary confinement for up to three months on three occasions.
