The explosion of a hand grenade in a book store in Urmia killed the store owner and injured four people. Police made an arrest only hours after the incident.
IRNA reports that the explosion occurred at noon on Thursday August 13. Police report that the owner died instantly in the explosion, and of the four wounded, three are related to the owner and the other was a customer.
The police add that the suspect was arrested within hours of the incident, which they believe was an act of revenge over a store lease dispute. The owner of the store and the suspect reportedly had a history of conflict.
The Urmia Governor announced that the injured are in general good health and recovering from their wounds.
