The Iranian foreign minister said in a televised interview that the parties involved in the nuclear negotiations have decided to work around the clock for the next four weeks to see if reaching a nuclear agreement is possible.
Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Sunday May 31 the issues under debate are generally those that have been circulating in the media.
“How to lift the sanctions, the inspection of military and nuclear facilities, and uranium enrichment” are the chief issues under debate, he said.
In recent weeks, the issue of inspecting Iran’s military facilities has been highlighted in the media.
Iran’s Supreme Leader has said that the inspection of Iran’s military facilities will not be granted.
Zarif referred to the issue of allowing inspections of military facilities and interviews with the country’s nuclear scientists, saying Iran is trying to find “other mechanisms” to resolve this issue
