The next meeting between Iran and the 5+1 over the nuclear negotiations will take place December 17 in Geneva, Iranian deputy foreign minister Abbas Araghchi announced.
This will be their first meeting since they announced in November that they are extending the deadline to reach a deal to July 1, 2015.
Araghchi added that talks at the deputy levels will begin on December 15. Araghchi also told IRNA there will be bilateral talks with the U.S. delegation and delegations from other countries.
Araghchi has been quoted as saying that despite the eight-month extension, the parties have agreed to try and reach a deal on the general agreement within four months.
