Sistan-Baluchistan border security has announced that two soldiers and a number of armed assailants were killed during an armed attach in the porvince's border regions.
INSA reports that the attach took place on the night of Thursday October 16 when an armed group intending to enter Iranain territory was stooped with officlas confiscating a vehicle and some ammunition.
There have been a number of deadly conflicts at the sistan-Baluchistan border in southeastern Iran in recent year.
Iranian authorties have accused Pakistan of neglecting supervision o fits borders.
Last week four border officials were killed in another fatal conflict in Sarvan
