Fire in an explosive material factory belonging to the Ministry of Defence led to the death of two workers on Sunday night, October 5, in the eastern part of Tehran.
Iranian media have reported that the fire was contained by firefighters, but no further details have been released.
In August of 2013, a fire in 18 textile workshops in a six-storey building led to the death of three workers and brought the firefighting and rescue capabilities of the fire services under serious question.
