Iran’s National Volleyball defeated Brazil last night at the Volleyball Championships and made it into the semi-finals for the first time ever.
The two teams met on July 18 in Italy, and after Iran beat Brazil 3-0, the team was vaulted into the semi-finals at the top of its group.
Iran will face the U.S. team today, Saturday July 19.
The other two teams remaining in the finals are Brazil and Italy, who will also compete on Saturday night.
